I WELCOME MY DEMONS
THEY LIFT ME UP INTO ETERNITY
A wall in Poble Nou, Barcelona, painted in June 2018.
I was commissioned by Compare The Market to illustrate ten superstitions surrounding travel from around the world for their worldwide online campaign.
If you’re in Russia, sit down on your suitcases before leaving the house, in Norway you better curse your loved one, in Portugal don’t ever walk backwards - the devil will know! In China you won’t find the 4th floor in your hotel, in Romania leaving through a different door than you came in will cost you dearly, and don’t even bother going to the airport on the 17th in Italy!
I was commissioned by Smirnoff to create a poster for Dublin Pride 2018 as part of their “We’re Open” inclusivity initiative.
Bringing together leading trans and gender non-conforming artists and performers, the campaign aims to spark conversation, create positive change in nightlife culture and lead a movement to make it a more open-minded and socially inclusive space.
Pleasure Seekers is a series of personal work exploring the experience of human existence as a singular event in time and as a continuity in cosmos.
It was created for and exhibited at Moniker Art Fair in New York, May 2018.
The series includes four limited edition giclee prints and two original paintings, and was displayed in an specially designed booth.
I have worked with Chris Anderson on a non-profit project to create a promotional video for Traveling Stories charity, which helps fight poverty through education.
Traveling Stories empowers kids to outsmart poverty with the literacy & money management skills they need to be productive members of society.
The charity does it through their StoryTent programs, where kids read out loud with volunteers and earn “book bucks” for each book read. They’re invited to negotiate for more bucks & can even earn by reading outside the program. With their bucks, kids can buy prizes.

I have collaborated with Spanish furniture company SANCAL to create COSAS - a capsule collection of home and lifestyle accessories as a part of their new JUNGLA home range.
The collection was presented in Milano Salone del Mobile design exhibition in April 2018, and is now sold worldwide through SANCAL retailers.
JUNGLA philosophy is all about letting your house to be invaded by the jungle, about blurring the limits between real and surreal, orderly and chaotic, natural and man-made. The goal was to make wild, tongue-in-cheek items to disrupt the ordinary. COSAS collection includes blankets, pillows, cushions, vases, wall stickers and temporary tattoos.
I was invited to do a mural for Tictail Market store in Lower East Side, New York City.
Baby, You’re Everything! wall is an inspiration, affirmation and an invitation for a celebration of our human existence.
I have been commissioned by Moniker Art Fair to design a fully functioning bar. It had to reflect the “Circus” theme of the fair and be flat-packable for transportation.
The title and concept of the bar is Carousel of More Nirvana, an oxymoron: we keep chasing that kick, that dream, that illusion of success, which is just one step away, just around the corner if you just keep going, work harder, spend more, look better. And yet it’s never enough, so we just go for another spin time after time.
I’ll take three nirvanas to go, please!
I have been invited to design five site specific installations for Drop Everything, an arts and culture festival that takes place on a small island of Inisheer in Ireland.
I inhabited the island with characters stemming from the mythology of the place, that were born and bred by the stories of the locals and the natural setting of Inis Oirr.
The installation were accompanied by a release of four limited edition prints, available exclusively here.

Graphics for brand identity. I was commissioned by Studio South to do a multi-purpose illustration that would be used for a visual identity of a new Thai restaurant based in Auckland, New Zealand - Gogo Daddy Thai Canteen.
Gogo Daddy is Mark Wallbank and Che Barrington's new eatery serving street-style food, inspired by culinary adventures of Thailand: from roadside carts in Chiang Mai to the floating markets of Bangkok.
The artwork and its elements are used throughout restaurant's assets: menus, table markers, staff t-shirts, house-made drink labels, website, online presence, as well as a large-scale mural inside the restaurant.
Poster design commissioned for a quarterly comics anthology Shortbox.

"Life Advice" is a series of ten limited edition posters for life improvement, investigating issues ranging from bodily pleasures to the ultimate connection to cosmos. It's a self-made guide for better living, collected and patched together from my experiences over the past 6 months. I have been inspired by California's psychic services, New Age philosophy, and instructional health posters, and and on top of that did some pretty serious self discovering. As a result, these posters validate all forms of human existence and poke fun at the vulnerabilities, while at the same time giving some (questionable) advice on how to overcome them. "Life Advice" is advice you didn't know you needed, and is meant to improve your life even if you don't want it.
